Connecting Users to Your TAXII Server

Once you have completed setup of your ThreatQ TAXII server, and have created at least one TAXII Collection, you will be ready to share it with another organization or individual. 

Users will need the following information in order to connect to your ThreatQ TAXII Server:

Requirement	Details
Your ThreatQ TAXII URL	Users will need the URL to your ThreatQ TAXII Server, which will be: <your ThreatQ domain>:5910/taxii2/.  Example: If your ThreatQ domain is https://tqtechpubs.com then your ThreatQ TAXII Server URL would be https://tqtechpubs.com:5910/taxii2.
A TAXII Collection Name or ID	You will need to provide the user with the name or ID for the Data Collection he or she will access.  The TAXII Collection Name and ID can both be found on the collection's entry on the TAXII Users & Collections page.
User Credentials with permissions for the TAXII Collection they are trying to access.	Users will need a username, password, and permission to access the selected TAXII Collection. These credentials are created, and permissions configured, from the TAXII Users & Collections page.  See the Creating a TAXII User and Updating TAXII User Credentials topics for more details.
