You can subscribe to Release Notes and Integration Release emails using the form below.

Sign Up for Marketing-Based Emails

If you would like to sign up for marketing-based announcements, such as complimentary resources, events, webinars, and monthly newsletters, you can sign up using the following link: https://lp.threatq.com/EmailPreferences.html.  This link can also be used to update your marketing email preferences or to unsubscribe from marketing emails.

Managing Your ThreatQ Product Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription settings using the Subscription setting links found in your emails. 

  1. Locate a ThreatQ Release Notes or Integration Release email in your mailbox.

      

    The new subscription preferences option was released on 02/01/2022. Release Notes and Integration Release emails sent on or after that date will contain the manage preference links.

    If you do not have access to any existing ThreatQ emails, but still have access to email account itself,  you can enter your email in the subscription form above.  Upon clicking Subscribe, the application will inform you that you are already subscribed and provide you with instructions on how to update your product email preferences.

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the email and click on the update your subscription preferences.

    The application will inform you that you will need to verify that you are the owner of email address via email.

  3. Click on the Email Me a Link button.

    You will receive an email informing you of the requested change along with a link to edit your preferences.

  4. Click on the Update your preferences link in the email.

    The Update Your Preferences form will load.

  5. Edit your information and Email Type preference and click on Update Profile. 

FAQs

Can I use a distribution email to sign up for these emails?

Yes, you can subscribe to release notes and integration emails using a distribution email.

Anyone on that distribution email list will have the ability to update the subscription preferences for that email address.

I no longer have access to my email, how can I update my preferences?

Contact ThreatQ Support If you no longer have access to the email address registered for the emails.

Can I update my feed health email notifications from here?

No, this is strictly for receiving product and integration information sent by the ThreatQuotient Support and Engineering teams.
