Then, just enter your product-related question to start interacting and exploring using natural language questions and receiving natural language answers.

When you enter a question, Rhino Support AI parses through the Help Center’s documentation resources to quickly locate the information related to your question, determine the data’s relevance, and deliver an answer in a conversational format. If Rhino Support AI does not have the answer to your question, you can reach out to ThreatQuotient Support via email, web, or chat with a live agent options.

Rhino Support AI is available 24/7 to assist you. It supports chats in twenty-six languages so you can ask questions and receive answers in your language of choice.

Since this is a beta launch, we will be refining the Rhino Support AI based on your questions and feedback. Also, keep in mind that AI chatbots give you answers with a high percentage of accuracy based on the data they have been trained on. However, if you need more assistance you are always welcome to reach out to our ThreatQuotient Support team.

FAQ

What is Rhino Support AI?

It is an AI chatbot solely focused on connecting you with ThreatQ product information. Unlike other AI chatbots, our bot has been trained using a custom knowledge base only. This custom knowledge base includes the following sources: Help Center Topics, Integration guides, and current versions of the SDK, developer, and API documents. When you ask the bot a question, it queries its own knowledge of ThreatQ content and responds accordingly.

Does this replace the Live Chat feature?

No, this new AI chatbot does not replace the existing Chat with a Live Agent feature. You can still access the live chat function by navigating to https://helpcenter.threatq.com/Support/Chat_Live_with_an_Agent.htm or by clicking on the Support heading and selecting Chat with Live Agent.

What if Rhino Support AI does not have an answer for my question?

If the AI bot has not been trained on a specific topic, you may receive a response indicating that. It is also important to note the AI bot is a beta and may also attempt to supply a response that is not accurate. If you are unsure of the answer given, contact ThreatQuotient Support to confirm.

What is a Beta launch?

Rhino Support AI has been tested by ThreatQuotient employees and trained on our product documentation catalog. Based on this, it returns answers with a high confidence rating based on the content it has been trained on. However, this beta launch gives us additional time and information to update the chatbot based on real-time customer interactions and feedback.

How to phrase questions?

You should phrase your questions as if you were talking to a live person. One or two word questions do not give enough information for the bot to supply an accurate answer. Example: asking “add object” should instead be “how do I add an object to an investigation.”

What if the bot gives me an incorrect answer?

There is a rating system for each answer in the form of a thumbs up/down. If the answer is incorrect, please use the thumbs down option. This will mark the answer for review for ThreatQuotient subject matter experts, who can then correct the bot with the correct answer the next time a similar question is asked.

What if I don’t need to chat right now?

You can click the X in the chat window to minimize it. When you want to chat, just click the rhino icon to open the chat window.
